Sulfuric Acid Production Facility

Development of Detailed Design documentation for the Sulfuric Acid Production based on the DCDA process using the metallurgical exhaust gases with a high SO₂ content, as part of an industrial complex.

The facility provides a capacity of up to 2.5 million tons per year of sulfuric acid (by monohydrate).

The unit includes the following sections: wet gas cleaning section, drying and absorption section, contact-compression section, concentrated sulfuric acid dilution unit, heat recovery system, and a closed-loop water supply system.
